We provide operational services to various insurance and reinsurance companies, intermediaries, managing general agents (MGAs), third-party administrators (TPAs) and brokerage firms in North America, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Our Company

GSO began in 2006 supporting the Arch Insurance (United States) IT division. Over the years, the organization has expanded its services to provide skilled talent from the Philippines across other Arch businesses in the areas of technology and operations.

By 2016, GSO reached a significant milestone as it became a full-fledged captive service company under Arch Capital Group Ltd. Our first office is located in one of the central business districts in Metro Manila in Quezon City. In just one year, we opened our second office in Cebu City, an hour’s flight from Metro Manila.

From our humble beginnings with a handful of employees, we grew exponentially, supporting Arch’s insurance, reinsurance and mortgage insurance companies in various ways. The impact and value we’ve brought to Arch has allowed us to expand our staffing services to additional clients in insurance, reinsurance and intermediaries.
